They are going to Central Kentucky and other states, such as Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. The first poster on here was telling the truth. People are fleeing from Southeastern Kentucky counties like their lives depend on it because many of them feel like it does! I grew up in Breathitt County but my husband and I are moving to Somerset, Kentucky next month. His younger brother just left Breathitt County in March and moved to South Carolina. My younger sister is leaving Breathitt County in July to move to Middle Tennessee. People, especially young adults, are getting the heck away from this living nightmare of a county asap!!!

What's up with all the political fighting going on in Bloody Breathitt? There seems to be a few busy bodies that loves to sling mud at good people just for the sake of arguing. I even heard someone tried to start a fight with an owner of a newspaper, any truth to this? They said he had to fight them off with bear spray.

Heads up people, there is a leach running around ! You can't miss her, she's driving a black loud thing! She will have black mascara running down her face and most likely crying! Beware! Don't believe a word that comes out of her nasty mouth. She tells lies' about everyone. The article that was in the paper, that was her! She went in and told them so much BS. I'm sure she put on a good show, with her crocodile tears! I would bet she was high then. Lexi in the back loud thing is the lowest of low, snitch.,...,everyone needs to know this! Kyle Moore, current Breathitt County coach.... Kyle was Breathitt County’s QB from 94-98, during that span Kyle lead Breathitt to a 62-7 record with 2 straight state championships and 2 straight 15-0 seasons.

That was under Coach Mike Holcomb.... From 1995 to 1997, the Bobcats reeled off 42 straight wins. The mark still sits at fourth all-time for most consecutive wins for high school football in the state of Kentucky. "We really didn't talk about no winning streak, " said Holcomb. "They executed at a high level. " Holcomb's heralded offense led the Bobcats to another state title in 2002. Impressive!

Breathitt County is back on track once again. I believe it was the late 90's when you all had a long winning streak. Something like 30-40 game winning streak(? ) before Lawrence County won on a muddy field. Keep it up!

Probably the worst run place I’ve seen in a while. You only see people there that are wrapped up in crooked politics or who have held political offices in the county. The food is not very good at all🤮. They’re trying their best to copy the leading restaurants in the county like Variety and Thatchers and failing miserably. And also all you see are old people there. It’s like a pre-nursing home celebration topped off with and Elvis impersonator.
